Why clients come
- Equipment needs funding and a loan does not fit
- You have heard about a grant and cannot tell whether you qualify
- You applied and were rejected without a stated reason
- An investor conversation is coming and the reporting is not there

- Programmes you qualify for now, and those you qualify for after changes
- The reasons you would be filtered out, per programme
- What to put in order before applying, and how long that takes
- Timeline
- 3 working days
- We need
- Registration data, activity codes, financial statements, use-of-funds plan
- Deliverable
- Programme table scored against every criterion
Numbers this decision rests on
| Fact | Caveat | Checked |
|---|---|---|
| Vlasna Sprava 2.0 has applied since 1 September 2026: business start-up grants run UAH 100,000–300,000 base, up to UAH 500,000 with supplements | Supplements depend on applicant category (age, veteran status, frontline region, priority sector) — verify the exact rates in the programme terms | 2026-09-15 |
| Scaling grants run UAH 500,000–1,500,000 base, up to UAH 2,500,000 with supplements | The scaling track requires creating at least one new job | 2026-09-15 |
| Applications go through the Diia portal together with a business plan | Intake runs via partner banks, added in stages | 2026-09-15 |
| State grants are not repayable but carry conditions on operating period, tax payment and job creation | Failing the conditions triggers repayment with a penalty | 2026-09-15 |
Who this is not for
- "Write the application for us" with no involvement on your side
- An expectation of guaranteed approval: nobody can give it, and promising it is a fraud signal
- A company that fails the formal criteria and will not change that
We take you to a decision on where to apply and what to prepare. Application support is separate, and the funder's decision is not ours.
FAQ
What are our chances?
No one can honestly quote you a percentage. What can be named is whether you pass the formal criteria, which is where most applications die before anyone reads the content.
Do you take a percentage of the grant?
No. The fee is fixed for the work regardless of the decision — otherwise the consultant has a reason to push you toward programmes you do not qualify for.
