Why clients come
- Nothing is decided without you and a holiday is not possible
- Department heads arrive with questions rather than decisions
- Responsibilities overlap and no one owns the outcome
- An operations director was hired and nothing got easier
What the diagnostic covers
10 working days. You leave with one document — Process map and delegation matrix with a decision inventory.
- Interviews with the owner and the managers: which decisions genuinely route through you
- A process map marking where decisions stop
- A delegation matrix: what can move now, what needs the process changed first, what cannot move
- A handover order that does not break operations
- Timeline
- 10 working days
- We need
- Four to six hours with the owner, one hour per manager
- Deliverable
- Process map and delegation matrix, 20–30 pages
Who this is not for
- Companies under five people, where the owner deciding everything is correct
- Executive search — we do not recruit
- A team training request standing in for a process change
Where we stop
We map processes and prepare the handover of authority. Hiring, assessment and corporate training are out of scope.
FAQ
Why ten days rather than five?
Because the work is interviews, and they cannot be stacked into one day. Then there is time to check what managers describe against what the processes show.
Do you stay for implementation?
As a separate engagement with a fixed scope, if needed. Most of the matrix the owner implements alone, because it is a decision about their own authority.
